The Richard Rice Memorial Bursary supports a graduate pursuing French post-secondary studies.

Parents for Bilingual Education New Brunswick (PBENB) is proud to invite graduating students from the New Brunswick Anglophone public school system to apply for the Richard Rice Memorial Bursary (BCRR).
This $1,000 bursary honors the memory and legacy of our late president, Richard Rice, whose leadership and passion for bilingual education helped shape opportunities for students across the province. This award recognizes a graduating student who is committed to pursuing their studies in French at the post-secondary level.
The Richard Rice Memorial Bursary is offered by Parents for Bilingual Education New Brunswick with the support of Canadian Heritage. PBENB remains committed to promoting a bilingual Canada — especially in New Brunswick — by supporting young Anglophone Canadians in their journey toward post-secondary studies in French.
