At Parents for Bilingual Education New Brunswick (PBENB), we believe that language learning comes alive beyond the classroom. The Bridges to Bilingualism program offered in partnership with New Brunswick Centre of Excellence Language Learning was created to bring the French language and Francophone culture to life for New Brunswick students through authentic and engaging experiences.

This funding opportunity supports teachers planning end-of-year field trips, activities, or special projects that incorporate French language learning and/or Francophone cultural experiences. Whether it's a cultural excursion, an immersive activity, or a creative classroom initiative, PBENB wants to help educators create memorable bilingual experiences that strengthen students' connection to the French language and culture.

PBENB offers grants of up to $3,000 to support eligible initiatives. Priority will be given to French as a Second Language (FSL/FLA) opportunities taking place in New Brunswick.
