Parents for Bilingual Education New Brunswick is pleased to offer a limited number of scholarships for NB families to participate in the 123 Petits Pas Parent & Child French Programs. These online, play‑based classes support families in introducing French at home through songs, movement, hands‑on activities, and simple routines that make early language learning fun and accessible.

Scholarships provide free access to age‑appropriate programming for infants, toddlers, and young children, with flexible options for both live and on‑demand learning.

Program Options

Ages 0–2: Parent & Child French for Infants & Tots

A gentle introduction to French designed for babies and toddlers, focusing on songs, interactive play, and practical parent tips to build early exposure at home.

Includes:

  • 6 on‑demand 30‑minute classes
  • Easy‑access website
  • Downloadable parent cheat sheets
  • BONUS: personalized printable French book
  • Lifetime access to all program content

Ages 3–9: French at Home Program

An engaging, activity‑rich program featuring baking, science experiments, singalongs, puppet shows, crafts, and more — all led by Mme Amy. Families can join live or enjoy recorded sessions at their own pace.

Includes:

  • 8 interactive classes
  • Fall activity book and parent handbook
  • 2 chat check‑ins and 2 bonus workshops
  • Private Facebook group
  • Extended access to all content through December

Scholarship applications for this program are currently closed. Information will be updated when the next round of scholarships opens.
