We’re pleased to welcome Dr. Pierre Marcel Desjardins as the keynote speaker.

An economist and professor at the Université de Moncton, Dr. Desjardins is a recognized authority on bilingualism and the New Brunswick economy. His decades of research have explored the economic, demographic, and social impacts of bilingualism, demonstrating how it can strengthen our workforce, attract investment, and contribute to a more prosperous province.

His evidence-based perspective reinforces an important message: investing in bilingual education and French second-language learning benefits not only students and families, but New Brunswick as a whole.
